1 - When can you make a return?
Only defective products can be returned after delivery and within 60 working days from the date the defect was discovered. This must be done within 90 working days upon receiving the product.
2 - When you can ask for a delivered product to be picked up for return?
It is possible to request that a delivered product be returned by making the request within 14 working days from the delivery date of the product. It is not possible to accept a request made before the product has been delivered.
3 - How do I submit a return request?
The request must be made using the contact form.
4 - Refund Policy
On return of the product, the customer will be given a refund equal to the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs, which are to be met by the customer. Shipping costs will be refunded once the defect or flaw in the purchased product has been established.
5 - How to use the promotional code?
Terms of use:
- Users receive the promotional code by subscribing to the BeCulture Newsletter.
- It can be used once before it is cancelled. Can be applied to all products in the shopping cart.
- Can be used by a single user.
Applicability of the promotional code
You can use the promotional code for all Merchandise products and Books and Guides.
Excluded from the promotion are:
- The products of High Craftsmanship.
- Tickets.
- Products already on discount.
6 - How do I activate the Gift Card?
Digital Gift Cards are active immediately. After your purchase, you will receive an email with the card code, ready to be used at checkout.
7 - How do I use the Gift Card?
Enter your Gift Card code in the field provided during checkout. The available amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
8 - What is the duration of the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
9 - Can I cancel or return an order purchased with the Gift Card?
If the return respects our return policy, the amount spent will be credited back to the same Gift Card, which can be used for a new purchase.
10 - Can a Git Card be used in conjunction with other payment methods?
Yes, if the Gift Card balance is not sufficient to cover the order total, you can complete the payment with another method.
11 - Can a Gift Card and a discount code be used in the same order?
No, you cannot use a Gift Card together with a discount code.
12 - How can I check the Gift Card balance or expiry date?
You can check the balance and expiry date of your Gift Card directly in your personal area on our website or by contacting customer service.
13 - Is the Gift Card refundable?
No, our Gift Cards are non-refundable. If you wish to return a purchase made with a Gift Card, the funds will be credited back to your Gift Card.
